Information Gathered- Personal Information
ManuBiz collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our website, including when a user registers. The information we collect may include information from which you may be personally identified, such as name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address, and also certain business information, such as employer name, job title and acquisition involvement. As a Registered User you must agree to the Terms of Use regarding the use of this website.
- Transaction Information
When you order a subscription to the TechMarket, we ask you to complete an order form that requests certain information from you, including a credit card number and expiration date. We use this information to complete the transaction that you have requested, i.e. to deliver services that you order and to invoice you. We do not store your credit card information.
- Anonymous Information
When you log in, ManuBiz collects the IP address of your computer and generates a session for authentication purposes. ManuBiz uses the session to link visitors to their registration information, allowing our system to confirm a user's identity and access level on the website. A session is a temporary ID and is not stored on your computer.
Use of the Information
ManuBiz uses demographic information given by our users to enhance their experience on our website, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the website or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users. This information is used to determine which areas of our website are visited, and with what frequency by users. This helps us to build a better service for you. ManuBiz creates reports on user demographics and traffic patterns for customers and partners. This allows our customers to advertise more effectively, and allows our users to receive information that is pertinent to their needs.
We disclose your information under the following circumstances:- We will disclose your Personal Information when we believe such disclosure is required by law or for the protection of persons or property.
- We will disclose your Personal Information when disclosure is necessary to accomplish the purpose for which you provide it. For example, when you request information from technology suppliers or accept responses to your RFIs. Your contact information may also be made available to technology suppliers for their marketing purposes.
- In the event of an asset sale, merger, consolidation, restructuring, reorganization, liquidation or other similar transaction involving ManuBiz, we may transfer some or all user information to the successor company.
Registration Password
We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. ManuBiz never asks for passwords in unsolicited phone calls or unsolicited emails. Remember to log out and close your browser window when you have finished. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information if you share a computer with someone else, or are using a computer in a public place such as a library or Internet cafe.
Security
We use reasonable security safeguards to protect Personal Information we collect on this website from unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure.
All of your information, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to personal information. Our information databases are kept in a secure location with limited access to internal staff.
However, due to the design of the Internet and other factors outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and our servers will be free from unauthorized access by third parties.
Right to Access and Change Information
You may view and update information that you previously submitted to this website by visiting the Edit Profile page. Currently, ManuBiz does not offer users a means by which to completely delete personal information established at the time of registration.

You may receive periodic updates or newsletters from us relating to our website offerings, industry news and announcements. If you do not wish to receive such communication, please let us know by visiting the Unsubscribe page.
