Will I get spammed by suppliers when I post an RFI?
No. You will remain anonymous during the process. ManuBiz ensures that you e-mail address is not compromised. You will be notified by ManuBiz when you receive responses to your RFI.

How do I find solutions on ManuBiz?
To find the right solution, you can:
1. Enter a Keyword Search on the Homepage,
2. Conduct an Advanced Search,
3. Browse through Technology and Industry Segments.

How do I post an RFI?
You must be a registered user on ManuBiz to post an RFI. Login to My ManuBiz, click on the RFI Center and follow instructions to Post an RFI.
In addition, you can follow the Post an RFI link from the homepage or you can select suppliers in the search result, compare their offerings and post an RFI to the selected suppliers. You can also send an RFI to an individual supplier through their company or solution profiles.

What happens to my RFI when I post it?
Once you submit your RFI, it is posted on the ManuBiz TechMarket. Suppliers within the RFI's target categories are notified by e-mail and will be able to see your RFI when they log into their RFI Center. Your RFI will also appear in the RFI seach results.

How do I deactivate or delete my RFI?
Log in to your RFI Center and click on the title of the RFI you wish to deactivate or delete. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Deactivate' button. Once your RFI is deactivated, you have the option of deleting or reactivating the RFI.
You will be able to reactivate RFIs that you deactivate, but you will not be able to do the same for deleted RFIs because they are permanently removed from the system.

How will I be informed of responses to my RFI?
When a supplier responses to your RFI, your RFI Center is updated in real-time to reflect the new response. You will also be notified by an e-mail.

Where can I view the responses?
You can view the responses in your RFI Center. They will be listed under their RFI.

What are my options of responding to a response?
After you read your response, your options are:
1. Accept the response.
2. Decline the response.
3. Request more information.
4. Cancel and return to your RFI Center.
