How will I know who is my company's listing administrator? The bottom of your company profile has a link to your company's listing administrator.

How do I make payments towards my subscription? Supplier's can view payment instructions under subscription details by logging into My ManuBiz.

I have made payment but my subscription package hasn't been upgraded. Why? Your subscription will automatically be upgraded once our bank processes your payment. We will send you an e-mail to this effect. If you have additional queries, please e-mail to sales(at)manubiz.com

Can anyone from my company response to RFIs? The administrator for the solution corresponding to the RFI can only response to an RFI.

'My RFI Center' states "RFIs in my field". Which are the RFIs in my field? RFIs posted by buyers that match your solution categories appear in "RFIs in my field".

How do I look at RFIs outside my category? To view RFIs that are outside your solution categories, visit the Search RFIs... link on the homepage.

Which are my company's categories? The categories and sub-categories you select from within the Technology and/or Industrial Segments while entering your solutions are your companies categories against which the RFIs are matched.

How do I change my company's categories? Only the administrator for the solution can change categories. Visit your Solution Center and edit your solution to reflect the categories that you feel best match your solution.

Where can I check the status of my response to an RFI? Visit your RFI Center. You will be presented with all the RFIs to which you have response and will also show their current status.
