ManuBiz listings are “Content Targeted Marketing”, in
other words, you appear when a site visitor is searching for
your technology or service. This approach enables you to
interact online with buyers of manufacturing technology,
greatly increasing the number of “commercial” contacts you
receive when compared to general on-line advertising or
off-line trade magazine advertising.
STEP 1. DIRECTORY LISTING
The ManuBiz directory listing aggregates content from
technology suppliers, enabling our user base of technology
buyers to easily search and compare manufacturing
solutions.
There are two types of directory listings:
Supplier Listing - allows you to provide
details about your organization and your product or service
- presented in a structured format to help our user base
easily search and compare your unique attributes versus your
competitors. You will need the following information to
register and complete your supplier listing:
Executive Summary: Up to
250 characters to highlight your mission statement.
Company Description: Up
to 1000 characters to highlight your capabilities.
Keywords: Up to 100
characters (comma separated) for enabling search results.
Principals & Officers and
Countries Served (Optional): Contact names and
e-mail addresses (built-in Spam protection) to receive RFIs.
Solution Name & Demo URL:
At least one product/service provided by your company and a
link to it on your website. You can always add more
solutions later from My
ManuBiz.
Key Features: List the
ten strongest features of your product/service in order of
priority (Each 100 characters maximum).
Solution Description: Up
to 1000 characters to highlight the solution capabilities.
Technology and Industry Segments:
Up to 15 relevant Technology
and 15 relevant Industrial
sub-categories that this solution supports.
Banner Advertisements & Logos: 728x90,
160x600 and 468x60 banners for Run on Site.

registration is complete, you will be able to edit and
update your supplier listing at anytime, simply by logging
in and clicking on My ManuBiz.
Research Listing

To help you meet this challenge, ManuBiz allows you to
leverage your research materials by providing our user base of
technology buyers with educational content to help them make
informed technology decisions. By working with ManuBiz, you
will position your company as a trusted partner who can help
manufacturers solve their business problems.
White papers, case studies, press releases, etc., can
stimulate a high click-through rate, resulting in successful
lead generation. Whenever a ManuBiz user downloads your
content, we will immediately e-mail the person's business card
to you - so your sales and marketing teams can act upon the
lead.
Your directory listings will
provide you with a steady stream of leads to fill your sales
pipeline. You will receive buyer initiated RFIs, not just
anonymous clicks.
STEP 2. RFI TOOL
RFI or Request for Information is a solicitation document
outlining buyer needs and inviting response from interested
suppliers. On ManuBiz, the RFI is a sophisticated tool, which
enables buyers to post their technology requirements to
suppliers of relevant technologies, evaluate incoming
responses and identify possible business partners.
The ManuBiz RFI tool enables our user base of technology
buyers to easily evaluate and select manufacturing
solutions. Our viewers identify which suppliers will be most
appropriate by selecting the technology and/or industry
segments, further refining the types of suppliers they want to
hear from by selecting the appropriate subcategories. Upon
establishing a shortlist, they post an RFI to the selected
suppliers. They can also send an RFI to an individual supplier
through the supplier's company or solution profiles.
Once the RFI is submitted, suppliers within the RFIs target
categories are notified by e-mail. They are able to view the
RFI by logging into their RFI Center. The RFI also appears in
the RFI search results. When a supplier responds to an RFI,
the RFI Center is updated in real-time to reflect the new
response. The buyer is also notified by e-mail.
The RFI tool allows the suppliers to differentiate themselves
in today's increasingly difficult business world and reach
buyers that they would not have had an opportunity to meet
using traditional sales methods.
